Breakfast Club and After School Care
At Sunnyhill Primary School we offer extended day provision as an extension of the school day. Our team of staff are highly trained and we pride ourselves on providing an extremely high standard of care, keeping the children safe in a friendly environment.
It is an important term and condition of service that you collect your child(ren) on time. Late collection has an impact on children, club and school staff.
There is a late payment fee which must be paid the following day.
Payments must be made in advance via our online payment system.
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club is open to all pupils from Nursery to Y6 from 7:30am until 8:45am, Monday to Friday.
We serve a hot breakfast consisting of eggs, beans & toast and cereal.
The cost of the Breakfast Club is £6.00 per day and Emergency booking requested on the day is £6.50 per day.
We offer a discounted rate for children attending on a weekly basis of £5.50 per day/£27.50 per week and additional siblings will benefit from a further discounted price of £5.00 per day/£25.00 per week.
After School Care
Our After School Care is open from 3:15pm until 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
On the last day of term when the school closes at 1.30pm, After School Club ends at 4.45pm.
The children are provided with a hot meal freshly prepared by our caterer.
The cost is currently £18.00 per day for pupils from Reception to Y6 and £18.50 per day for pupils in Nursery.
The emergency booking requested on the day is £22.00.
We offer a discounted rate for children attending on a weekly basis of £16.00 per day/£80.00 per week and additional siblings will benefit from further discounted price of £14.50 per day/£72.50 per week.
There is a late collection fee of £10 per child for every 5 minutes if your child is not collected by 6.30pm.
Payments must be made in advance via our online payment system. We accept childcare vouchers and tax free childcare payments. Failure to make payment will result in your child(ren) being unable to attend afterschool care until payment has been made in full.
